Does anyone actually look at my ticket?

When you submit a ticket, an email is sent to the tech support department manager. From there, your ticket is assigned to the representative best able to address your needs. In rare cases that a ticket slips through the cracks, our internal system has built in reminders for tickets that are overdue.

You can always track the progress of your ticket by going to the home page and choosing to "check ticket status"
